After traveling more than 2,000 miles from his hometown of San Juan, Puerto Rico and two decades of serving in the military, family connections guided Hochi Rosario Cuevas to Iowa, where he graduated with his Bachelor of Arts in Education Studies and Human Relations and is now pursuing his Master of Arts degree in the Rehabilitation Counseling program.
