Our LGBTQ counseling clinic helps LGBTQ people and their families and educates future counselors on working with LGBTQ patients, and the fourth annual LGBTQ Micro-conference brought community members together to share and learn from one another.

Payne is currently in his ninth-year teaching at Youngstown State University in Youngstown, Ohio. He is the associate professor of music and director of athletic bands.
