After educating Hawkeye teachers and other professionals for almost 40 years, Donald Yarbrough, professor emeritus of educational measurement and statistics, has retired from the College of Education.

Blank International Center for Gifted Education and Talent Development and the new Myron and Jacqueline N. Blank Endowed Chair in Gifted Education.

Teaching runs in Zac Gavin’s blood. The soon-to-be University of Iowa graduate will become part of the third generation of teachers in his family, and he can’t wait to inspire future generations at his alma mater in Maquoketa, Iowa.
