This hands-on workshop focuses on designing learning experiences that invite interest, curiosity, meaningful participation, and student ownership without relying on entertainment, rewards, or technology alone.

What You Will Learn:

  1. Identify features of learning experiences that support curiosity and meaningful participation.

  2. Explore strategies that provide students with appropriate voice, choice, and ownership.

  3. Redesign an existing lesson or activity to strengthen relevance, meaningful participation, and engagement
