Pause, Restore, and Reset Before Finals is a one‑hour, restorative workshop designed to help students slow down, recharge, and care for themselves as they prepare for the stress of finals. This session offers a welcoming, low‑pressure space to release tension, calm the nervous system, and take a meaningful break from academic demands. Students will be guided through gentle movement, simple breathing practices, and a rest period to support relaxation and focus through simple yoga and mindfulness practices. The workshop will conclude with a 5–10 minute guided deep rest to help reset both body and mind. Students are welcome to move, pause, or rest in ways that feel most supportive to them.
Water and healthy snacks will be provided to support nourishment and comfort. Students should come as they are and leave feeling more grounded, supported, and better equipped to navigate finals week with care.
