Put 'you' on the calendar! All faculty, staff, and employees are invited to join a free online "Snackable Skills" workshop, Productivity Without Pressure: Strategies to Overcome Productivity Guilt, on Tuesday, April 15 from 2 to 3 p.m.

"Snackable Skills" workshops provide bite-sized, practical skills that you can apply in various aspects of your professional and personal lives.

Join us for an insightful session as Sean Hesler, Nichole Singer, and Rachel Napoli share about the causes and signs of productivity guilt, its impact on mental and physical health, and practical strategies to manage and reduce it.

In this workshop, you will:

  • Unpack productivity guilt and why you should address it

  • Learn actionable tips and exercises, including time management techniques, mindfulness practices, and self-care routines

  • Reflect on your experiences and participate in interactive polls and Q&A sessions
