Molly Hall-Martin, Ph.D. student, Higher Education and Student Affairs is one of four University of Iowa College of Education students chosen for the Dare to Discover campaign. She studies the structures, people, and policies that govern higher education in the United States. Hall-Martin focuses on the state level with the intent of using policy to remove barriers to and create equity within the system of higher education.
