The College of Education Staff Council is an elected body representing staff concerns and issues to college administration. The council aims to promote better understanding, increased cooperation, and open communication among all constituent groups in our college.

Sponsored Events: The College of Education Staff Council partners with the Dean's Office to offer in-house professional development opportunities for COE staff and other activities to support Staff Council goals.

 

Among staff, faculty and administrators:

  • To promote communication and collaboration, and to advocate for acknowledgment of the accomplishments and contributions of all staff.
  • To incorporate staff input into College of Education policy applications, strategic goals, diversity initiatives, and other decision-making processes.
  • To advise administration on issues and policies that affect staff and provide a forum for staff to advocate for improvements, bring forth concerns, and propose solutions.
