In this webinar, explore and practice research-based calming strategies and tools, like mindful breathing, short movement breaks, and visual scaffolds, to help students navigate stress. Participants will practice calming strategies and walk away with a plan to implement these strategies in their own classrooms.

Learning Goals

  1. Learn and engage in a variety of mindful breathing and movement activities.

  2. Discover ideas for visual scaffolds, like a mindfulness collage and calming corners, that can be implemented into a classroom.

  3. Create a plan to utilize skills and ideas learned to promote student well-being.
