This workshop is designed to help educators feel supported, connected, and confident in navigating the challenges of teaching without sacrificing their own health and happiness.

Learning Goals: 1) Participants will review the prevalence and impact of burnout. 2) Participants will be able to identify signs of burnout in themselves and others. 3) Participants will create personal wellness goals that will act as a proactive protective factor against burnout.
