Creating and Maintaining a Collaborative and Inclusive Learning Environment

Description: How do we create a welcoming and inclusive learning environment? How do we foster a learning community of collaboration instead of comparison and competition? How do we ensure all students feel they are a valued member in their learning community? We will explore these questions and more and spend time exploring strategies to support an inclusive classroom. 

Learning Goals: 1) Participants will learn about an inclusive classroom. 2) Participants will explore the benefits of an inclusive classroom. 3) Participants will practice strategies that support inclusion.
