Beginning with the End: A Look at Talent Development in the Arts

Description: This session will explore how teachers can develop talent through the arts, and the psychosocial trials and benefits that come from an artistic approach to talent development. 

Learning Goals: 1) Discuss strategies to develop talent in the arts. 2) Recognize the role of psychosocial traits in the development of talent.
