Continuous Improvement

The College of Education is a participant in the Iowa Recognition for Performance Excellence (IRPE). IRPE uses the Baldrige Criteria and a rigorous examination process to provide organizations with information about their strengths and opportunities for improvement.

The Office of Assessment and Continuous Improvement provides support for improvement activities in the College of Education. We encourage departments, programs, work areas, and teams to use the INSPIRE template to track and report progress on continuous improvement projects.
