Description: This workshop will use reflection, actively learning, and exploration of identity to think about foundational skills students can use to be effective teachers. Students will explore their experiences, and be presented with engagement strategies from Universal Design to help set some foundations of their own. 

Learning goals: Students will reflect on past experiences and learned practices to evaluate best practices of effective teachers. Students will identify at least one strength of theirs to leverage their success in the classroom.
