Description: Join Bridget on-site (at the Herbert Hoover Presidential Library and Museum) for a tour of the museum and archives and a short demonstration of how you can utilize these spaces as resources for you and your students. This session is capped at 20 students. 

Individuals who attended the first session  (04/04/24) titled "Museums: Potential to Promote Deep and Lifelong Learning", will be given priority if the limit is reached. All are welcome to register.

Learning Goals: 1) Examine learning theories as they apply to museum learning environments. 2) Examine learning theories as they apply to museum learning environments. 3) Devise strategies for engaging students in inquiry-based discussions and activities. 4) Examine how museums can serve as contexts for community participants, agency, and social change
