Description: This presentation will give an overview of Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS)...what it is, where it came from, and how it should be used.

Objectives:  

1. Students will be able to recall the origins of MTSS. 

2. Students will be able to distinguish between the three tiers of MTSS. 

3. Students will be able to correlate how the MTSS process is vital to special education. 

4. Students will be able to evaluate the pros and cons of MTSS.
