This webinar series is designed for Iowa parents, legal guardians, and caregivers of transition-aged youth (12-21 years old) with special health care needs. Session topics will include issues involved in the transition of youth to adult health care and specialty services. Sponsored by the University of Iowa Division of Child and Community Health, Child Health Specialty Clinics, Iowa's University Center for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities, the Iowa Council on Developmental Disabilities, and the Iowa Regional Autism Assistance Program.
