Come learn how to differentiate  STEM instruction for elementary through high school students through STEM research competition and invention programs. Explore resources available to help engage your students in the NGSS Science and Engineering Practices while conducting original research and/or creating novel inventions. Competition programs create opportunities for students to experience an authentic audience for their work in your classroom, they can also be the foundation of a STEM club or extracurricular program.

Individuals with disabilities are encouraged to attend all University of Iowa-sponsored events. If you are a person with a disability who requires a reasonable accommodation in order to participate in this program, please contact the Baker Teacher Leader Center, 319-335-5623, in advance.
