Learning Objectives: Understand what implicit bias is, how to identify your own biases, and how to minimize any negative impact they have on others. Learn how biases affect patient care and outcomes. Learn how to intervene in a positive and constructive manner when you see someone being treated in an unfair or hostile manner.
