Healing Justice, a film from World Trust, explores the impact of our justice system on generations of Black and brown communities and asks the question: How can we do this better? How do we re-define justice for youth and adults? Using restorative, healing justice practices can have extraordinary benefits, both for victims of crime and those who have committed crimes.

Join us for a viewing of the film and group discussion, including a focus on how these strategies can be applied locally. A light dinner will be provided. The film is FREE and open to the public. If you require an accommodation in order to attend, please contact Lynette Jacoby at ljacoby@co.johnson.ia.us or 319-356-6090.
