The focus of this workshop will be learning about mindfulness as an essential component of self-compassion. Participants will learn about the benefits of incorporating mindful self-compassion practices into their daily lives. This interactive workshop will offer participants the opportunity to practice several different mindfulness exercises focused on bringing awareness to the present moment through the five senses.
