On behalf of the Watson Student Leaders Honorary Program and Watson College of Education Advising at UNC Wilmington, we would like to invite you to attend the 2021 Aspiring Educators Summit (AES).

The AES 2021 is a full-day virtual conference for future teachers. This year's conference, taking place on Saturday, November 20th from 9:00 - 3:15 EST, is themed Global Citizenship. Our goal is to shed light on the importance of understanding one’s place in the world and how this understanding can be used to make one’s community, and thus the wider community, a better place. Although always an important topic, this past year has shown how interconnected our global community truly is.

Registration is free and open to education students, current teachers, and those interested in education. Registration ends November 17th. We hope that you will reach out to your students and let them know about this exciting opportunity.

To learn more about the AES 2021, including the list of presenters and keynote, please visit our website

Teacher candidates who attend the entire conference can earn 3 TLC Certificate Credits. If interested, please email tlc@uiowa.edu
