InterPlay is a global social movement using storytelling, movement, and our voices for self-expression and community-building. There are no wrong ways to do InterPlay. InterPlay is designed to be affirming (noticing the good, naming the good) and nonjudgmental. One of the tools or foundational ideas of InterPlay is inner authority. Our inner authority is the accumulated wisdom that we've developed from our life experiences. In this session we'll explore inner authority through storytelling and movement, this playshop will help educators release stress, become more aware of their inner wisdom, and build skills to engage in play and connect with their learners. Participants will gain valuable tools to support their mental well-being, physiological health, and explore ways to express themselves courageously. There are no wrong ways to do InterPlay and the affirming nature of the practice helps future teachers build an awareness of strength-based instruction.
