Megan Foley Nicpon, an internationally recognized expert in counseling psychology and twice-exceptionality, has been named the new director of the University of Iowa College of Education’s Connie Belin & Jacqueline N. Blank International Center for Gifted Education and Talent Development and the new Myron and Jacqueline N. Blank Endowed Chair in Gifted Education.
